Product Description

Chemical properties
White needle-like or rod-like crystals with a slight chlorine smell. The melting point is 62°C, and the Ph value of the aqueous solution is 11.7. soluble in water. It is relatively stable at room temperature and easily decomposes when heated. In aqueous solution, it can directly form insoluble phosphate crystals with calcium, magnesium and heavy metal ions, converting water, and causing insoluble substances in water to condense and settle.

Production method
Sodium hypochlorite method: Add trisodium phosphate and sodium hypochlorite solution into a mixing dissolver, perform a mixing reaction at 90°C for about 0.5 hours, add some stabilizers (such as alkali metal fatty acid salts), and then perform cooling crystallization and centrifugal separation below 30°C. , dry the crystals below 35°C to obtain the finished product of trisodium chloride phosphate. Its 4Na3PO4 12H2O+NaOCl→chlorine method uses a certain proportion of phosphoric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions to perform a one-stage neutralization reaction. At the same time, chlorine gas is passed into the sodium hydroxide solution for chlorination reaction to generate sodium hypochlorite. Then, the trisodium phosphate solution generated in the first-stage neutralization reaction and the sodium hypochlorite solution are subjected to a second-stage neutralization reaction. The resulting liquid material is cooled and crystallized at a low temperature below 30°C, and centrifuged. The crystal is dried below 35°C. The finished product of trisodium chloride phosphate is obtained. Its H3PO4+3NaOH→Na3PO4+3H2O2NaOH+Cl2→NaOCl+H2O4Na3PO4 12H2O+NaOCl→this product

 

Production method
The sodium hypochlorite method is made by heating trisodium phosphate and sodium hypochlorite solution to 90°C for 30 minutes, adding an alkali metal fatty acid salt stabilizer, and then cooling, crystallizing, separating and drying at 30°C. The chlorine gas method is to pass chlorine gas into sodium hydroxide to generate sodium hypochlorite, and take a certain amount of phosphoric acid to neutralize the sodium hydroxide to form trisodium phosphate, then mix and neutralize the two, cool, crystallize, separate, and dry at 30°C.
